"Simpateka Entertainment Group" had provided all technical and creative solutions for this large-scale project which included: concept and development, design, engineering and turnkey production of exposition spaces; indoor and outdoor exhibition zones organization; production of the main stage for a business program.

We’d created custom user’s scenarios, infographics, multimedia and light design, special video and audio content; developed scenario proposal and ensured directing; provided the decorations building and taking down. Not only Simpateka had covered the full technical support of the event, but also production of the souvenir items.

The forum took place during two days at several city sites: "Tambov" sports and training center, "Aseevy's manor" museum complex and Ice Palace "Crystal" where a traditional charity hockey match took place. At all these sites our team had provided full cycle services and high level of events conducting.
